Why AI Risk Assessment Matters
AI systems can fail in ways that traditional systems don't:

The Risk Assessment Framework
Step 1: Define the System Scope
Before assessing risks, clearly define what you're assessing:
System purpose:- What problem does this AI system solve?
- What decisions or actions does it support?
- Who uses it and who is affected by it?
- What inputs does the system receive?
- What outputs does it produce?
- What other systems does it interact with?
- Where and when will it be used?
- What's the expected volume of decisions?

Step 2: Identify Stakeholders
Map everyone affected by the system:
